“How about a quickie before I drop you off?” He glanced at her, his blue eyes mischievous.

“I have to be at my interview on time,” Tara replied. Her pulse raced as his warm, callused hand gently stroked the inside of her thigh.

He glanced at his wristwatch and stopped for a red light. “We left fifteen minutes early, so we’ve got plenty of time.”

Tara smiled, wishing she had more willpower where Tony was concerned. The trouble was that she’d never really come to grips with their breakup. Tony was as firmly planted in her heart as the day they’d met, but she’d never been able to tell him. Maybe someday she’d gather enough courage to reveal how much she cared for him.

“Okay,” she said, “You talked me into it.”

Maneuvering the car into a shopping plaza, Tony pulled up behind the buildings and parked. He reached for her, but Tara was already wiggling across the console. She straddled his lap, but the steering wheel didn’t give her much room to move.

“Do you have any idea how much I’ve miss these babies?” Tony asked, pulling up her blouse and releasing the front clasp on her bra.

As for submissions, I submitted another erotic story to Breathless Press (I love working with them and my erotica sales are wonderful there! If you’re a writer of erotic content, check ‘em out), but this one will be under a different pen name partly to launch the site for this particular nom de plume, and partly as an experiment to see how the titles sell published under that name.

I’ve also heard from another BP editor on one of my latest contracted erotica stories, and that’s DARKEST FANTASY. If you like dark, sinister fantasy that makes you go “holy sh**!” due to a twist, I think you’ll enjoy this one.

Plus the sex is pretty intense too, lol.

Btw, as many of you know, Molly is my erotic and erotic sci-fi romance alias, but Passion in Print has contracted The Darkness of Sable. It’s an erotic romance full of magic, mayhem, and mystery. I can’t wait until it’s released!

Oh, I forgot one. I submitted HARLEY AFTERNOON DELIGHT to BP, too, so we’ll see what happens with that one.

The edits for two of my contracted erotica stories were easy and went smoothly. The contract for DELECTABLE INTERVIEW was signed and returned the same day I got it, but this afternoon I finished another revision on an erotica ms called HARLEY AFTERNOON DELIGHT. I love it that I’ve finally found a nice ebook publisher that takes material fewer than 5K words. If you’re a writer, the publisher has a couple contests in progress that might interest someone. Oh, I forgot to mention that Wandering Heart is out. It’s not up on my main website yet, but I’ll get the cover and info posted eventually, lol. I manage to keep up with my blogging, but doing website maintenance and changes takes me a while because I hate doing that part.

Anyway, Wandering Heart is erotic romance/fantasy/paranormal and it has already received a silver Star rating at ARe, which shocked me because the title just came out on Friday, April 16. Made my day, though! Psst! Wandering Heart is only $1.80 right now at ARe.

Now if only I could meet all my other deadlines, then I could breathe a sigh of relief.

Last night I saw a news segment about how the planes are grounded wherever the ash fallout is really bad. Visibility isn’t the only problem that causes the grounded planes. Oh, no. It’s also the content that’s IN the ash as the planes and jets fly through the fallout.

It never ceases to amaze me how something so simple as volcanic ash can cause so many problems. Seriously, think about it for a moment. What is in the ash? Lots of stuff that can melt in jet engines and solidify again to gum things up or prevent it from moving at all, that’s what!

It actually boils down to ash = oh, shit!

We take so many things for granted, yet something so simple can cause enormous chaos and dilemmas. That’s one of the quirks and cool aspects of not only science, but sci-fi fiction and movies too.

Update on Edge of Chaos: I’m driving Selene crazy, lmao!

The edits I went through for my last Breathless Press erotic title, Ethereal Vixen, were painless. I like my editor. She’s very nice and very adept.

Few e-publishers take anything under 5,000 words nowadays, so if you have anything that’s romance, erotic romance, erotica or m/m fiction, and it’s short (or long if you’re looking for a new publisher to try your work with), I’m pleased with my experience with Breathless Press.

I have another one in the submission queue with this publisher, plus I have two more erotica titles I will be revising soon and submitting there too. I can’t wait to see the covers!

It’s beautiful outside, so I think I’m going to enjoy the sunshine.

Selene is cussing me because I drive her so hard, but where I push her in her writing, she’s my muse because Selene has incredible ideas.

We have other deadlines for our work that is interfering with the novel’s progress, but I hope to have the novel done sometime this fall so we can start the submission process.

It would be wonderful to see our novel in both ebook and print. I have good feelings about this one!
